IP Summer Course 2025

June 30 to July 4, 2025 at the Hotel Adina in Munich

We are pleased to announce our event series “IP Summer Course - Obtaining, Enforcing and Evaluating Intellectual Property Rights in Europe” for 2025.

The event consists of the two modules “Trade marks - systems in the EU, prosecution, enforcement” and “Patents, utility models, designs”. The modules can be booked individually or as a package.
The seminars will be led by BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT patent attorneys and attorneys-at-law as well as by renowned guest tutors from academia and practice. The event will be held in English at the beautiful Adina Hotel.

Highlights of the event

July 01, 2025, 5 p.m.: Guided tour of Munich followed by an opening reception and dinner
July 03, 2025, 9.00 a.m.: Live broadcast of an oral hearing at the European Patent Office (EPO)
July 04, 2025, 9.00 a.m.: UPC Mock Trial
July 04, 2025, 2 p.m.: Half-day excursion to Lake Starnberg followed by a closing dinner

Participation can be canceled free of charge up to one month before the start of the event.

Please note: The fee includes all conference documents, lunch, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages, the opening events and dinners as well as the excursions on July 01 and 04, 2025.
