The IP Summer Course – Obtaining, Enforcing and Evaluating Intellectual Property Rights in Europe is an English-language professional training program organized by BOEHMERT & BOEHMERT for international IP professionals, in-house counsel, patent and trade mark managers, and patent attorneys.
Over five days, participants gain practical insights into European IP practice, patent and trade mark law, enforcement strategies, and IP portfolio management. A particular highlight is the UPC Mock Trial, providing a realistic simulation of proceedings before the Unified Patent Court.
In addition to in-depth presentations and workshops, the IP Summer Course offers ample opportunities for international exchange, personal networking, and professional discussions in Munich. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
